Description This projects aims at the manufacture of an active stereoscopic vision system that comprises of visual sensors, a laser beam transmitter and a data processing and archiving unit. The principle of stereoscopy means that the position of a point in space is calculated with respect to its projection along different sensors. This is achieved with the aid of a laser beam, which in the final product allows for exact measurements in the resulting images
